The Miss Vietnam of Southern California (Hoa Khôi Liên Trường) Pageant is organized by the Union of Vietnamese Student Associations and is held annually during the Tet Festival. This year, the Tet Festival will be held on February 8th, 9th, and 10th of 2008 @ Garden Grove Park. It serves to elevate the Vietnamese-American female, promote our culture and heritage, develop a lasting bond between people of similar identity, and defining what it means to be united. In accomplishing its goal, it can truly say, everyone is a winner.
